Sigma Surveying Services Ltd provides a range
of professional quantity surveying services
across the Rail, Construction and Local Authority business sectors and is founded on the experience
of its Directors in quantity surveying, estimating
and procurement.
Sigma Surveying Services Ltd was established in
2006. Prior to 2006, Mark Sennett and Rav Bougan, both Directors of Sigma, worked as Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Mangers for a number of Private Practices, Professional Clients and Main Contractors.
Since establishment the firm has seen steady growth. From its base in Wolverhampton Sigma are able to fulfil the roles of quantity surveyors, commercial managers and procurement consultants to extensively cover the Midlands area and further afield.
The firm currently provides a full Quantity Surveying, Procurement & Estimating services to the Rail, Construction and Local Authority business sectors, and has recently expanded to providing services directly to subcontractors, builders and domestic clients.
90% of Sigma's turnover caters for larger clients who commission Sigma to manage their individual projects or programme of works. Sigma's quantity surveying, procurement and estimating services are now also being acknowledged and used by subcontractors, builders and domestic clients as a cost effective solution to the successful delivery of their building projects.
